Job Post: Real Estate Property Manager

Herrenhauss Ltd is looking for a new addition to our team to take up the role of a property manager.

Job To-Do:
* In charge of short term rental bookings
* Making guests feel comfortable during their stay
* Keeping up tidiness of the property
* Preparing weekly reports in Microsoft Excel
* In charge of Social Media Advertisement

Our offer:
* Remuneration to be discussed
* Bonus payment based on performance
* Good working relationship with an international team
* First on contract, then permanent

Requirements:
* Age 30 years and below
* Hospitality experience is a plus
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Good knowledge of Social Media, esp. Instagram
* Reside within Tema, esp. Comm 14-23
