Carpenter Services
The Carpentry Department of SENEL Property is responsible for a broad range of skilled activities. These includes:
- Building of furniture, bookcases, shelves, counters, and benches
- Hanging pictures, corkboards, whiteboards
- Hanging doors and installing windows
- Repair/Replacement of broken glass
- Furniture, door, and window repair
- Remodels and renovations - non-maintenan

- Roof repairs and maintenance
- Ceiling tile/grid installation and repair
- Floor tile installation and repair
- Road, sidewalk, and concrete repairs
2. Electrical Services
The Electrical Engineers in this department ensures that the electrical needs of our clients are met by maintaining, modifying and improving the electrical and lighting systems as part of the regular maintenance and also in renovation and construction projects. The following is a list of services provided this department:
- Domestic & Industrial Wiring
- Responds to power outages
- Installs new lights & wall receptacles
- Resets tripped circuit breakers
- Troubleshoots electrical problems
- Replaces burned out lamps in permanent lighting fixtures
- Maintains fire alarm equipment
- Supply of Electrical Equipment/Appliances
3. Plumbing
Plumbers in this department are responsible for maintaining and constructing the entire water and drainage system of our clients. They are solely in charge of maintaining and repairing the main water line and reclaimed water system lines and valves, as well as maintaining the backflow prevention equipment. They also does rough-in plumbing work, sets fixtures and trim, repairs flush valves and leaking traps, and installs and repairs gas lines. For quick responds to calls regarding leaking faucets, broken pipes and plugged drain lines, we are second to none.
4. Painter
The Paint Shop is responsible for painting interior and exterior surfaces, wallboard finishing, plastering, and specialty surfaces. The following is a list of some of the services provided by this department:
- Painting of building interior and exterior surfaces
- Painting of rails and posts
- Finishing and plastering on a variety of surfaces
- Graffiti removal and abatement
- Bench maintenance
- Cabinet and door refinishing
