Landlord Limited was established on 1st March 2002 and incorporated on 9th April 2002. It began its operations later in that month. The demand for genuine lands for residential, social, recreational, commercial and industrial development in the country has been very problematic with its at

tendant litigations and legal suits. Despite the afore-stated problems there is a great need by individuals, corporate bodies / organizations to lease or invest in land and/or property. These problems need to be effectively and efficiently solved. The company provides a one-stop shop for these solutions. The masterminds of the establishment of Landlord Limited were motivated in finding these solutions and are committed to fashioning out excellent packages for land and property acquisition, maintenance and management. Our aim is to become the company of choice making the acquisition and management of land and property in the Ghana easier within the lay down statutory frameworks for the benefit of our clients. OBJECTIVES

Our range of services includes:

Acquisition: - The company sources for land and/or property from genuine owners for lease, making sure that there are the relevant documents or evidence to prove ownership. The company engages the services of other professionals and establishments in related fields for and on behalf of our clients, such services like general survey, valuation, site planning, town planning etc. Management: - The Company will provide management services needed by the client. These include supervising the development of their land or property, renovating, renting and other related services.
