HOURS - Full-time · 36.25/week
DEPARTMENT - Rental Management
We are seeking a motivated, organised, and customer-focused Lettings Manager / Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for coordinating the lettings process from enquiry through to onboarding, conducting property viewings, managing our social media presence, and ensuring a seamless experience for landlords and tenants.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Manage enquiries and maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate tenancy applications, referencing, and move-ins.
• Assist with utility connections electricity, water when required.
• Create and manage engaging content for the company's social media platforms, promoting available properties and the business.
• Advertise properties online and social media channels.
• Coordinate property inspections, inventories, and key handovers.
• Liaise with contractors and utility providers when required.
• Maintain accurate property records and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
• Support the team with general administration and day-to-day office operations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident conducting property viewings and building relationships with clients.
• Experience using social media for business or marketing purposes.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in lettings, property management, estate agency, or a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential.
• A full driving licence is preferred.
• Based in Gibraltar or within easy commuting distance from Spain
