My family and me bought this year a lovely house in Skala. The property was offered by Cosmos Properties. We have to say that it’s not that easy to buy a property in Greece, but we can honestly say that meeting Mrs. Stamatia Spiratou was the best thing that could happen to us! Mrs. Stamatia Spiratou is a real angel, she is very friendly, trustworthy and helpful. It goes well beyond what a normal estate agent is doing. For any issues you can call her, no matter what concerns you. We never met such a broker like Mrs. Spiratou before. You can write her an email from Germany and you get a quick response.
I stayed in Kefalonia for a couple of days at the beginning of November 2024 to sign the final purchase contract and I had to go to the bank to open an account, meet the notary and tax lawyer etc. Mrs. Spiratou always accompanied me to that appointments. She is from Kefalonia and thus local, so she is well connected and that is a big advantage, especially when dealing with the greek bureaucracy!
We can definitely recommend Cosmos Properties, excellent service from the first day we met.
