The comfortable apartment is located in the heart of Athens, on the 2nd floor of a seven-storey corner building. It is just one minute to the Polytechnic (National Technical University of Athens), five minutes walk to the National Archeological Museum, eleven minutes walk (800 m) from the Athens University (Law School) and thirteen minutes walk (1000 m) to the Athens University of Economics and Business.
It is also situated seven minutes from Omonia Metro station and just two minutes from the nearest bus station.
There is also a modern bathroom with shower cabin, hot water, towels, hair dryer and small lockers.
The kitchen is equipped with a two-compartments refrigerator, with freezer, a ceramic kitchen with oven, tableware, cutlery mags and cups, pots, frying pans etc.,tea kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juice squeezer, microwave oven, Iron with board and Vacuum cleaner. There is also a 5,5 kg washing machine for clothes.
All the costs (Electricity, water, air conditioning, wi-fi FAST Internet 50 VDSL Mbps,etc..) are included for an additional charge.
A cafeteria is located on the ground floor of the building and a local restaurant with greek specialties 15 meters away, while the area has shops for a wide range of needs, ie. supermarkets, computer stores, bookstores , cafeterias, clothing stores, fast food, even very cheap parking. More distances for a walk include: 350 m to Exarchia square where students gather, 800 m to the National Library,1.5 km to the flea market at Monastiraki and the ancient Plaka, 1,9 km to the National Garden of Athens, 2,4 km to the National Gallery, 2,4 km to Acropolis Museum.
