Great to take part in the recent ULI Germany/Austria/Switzerland event in Vienna and get a closer look at the DC Tower 2 development.

It was interesting to see how a project of this scale is taking shape and to exchange views with people from across the real estate industry. DC Tower 2 is another strong example of how Vienna continues to grow and evolve as a major European real estate market.

Wir hatten gestern die Gelegenheit, am FORE - Future of Real Estate Event gemeinsam mit der Motel One Group und mrp hotels teilzunehmen.

Ein gelungener Abend mit fundierten Einblicken in den Hotelimmobilienmarkt, spannenden Diskussionen und wertvollem Austausch mit Branchenkollegen. Besonders interessant waren die Perspektiven von Jelena Moser sowie die Beiträge von Felix Fey und Gianni Brugger.

Formate wie dieses zeigen einmal mehr, wie wichtig der direkte Dialog zwischen Betreibern, Investoren und Beratern ist.
