Καθήκοντα
• Εύρεση και διαχείριση νέων ακινήτων.
• Ανάπτυξη πελατολογίου και διατήρηση σχέσεων με υφιστάμενους πελάτες.
• Διεξαγωγή παρουσιάσεων και προβολή ακινήτων (online και onsite).
• Διαπραγμάτευση όρων και κλείσιμο συμφωνιών.
• Συνεργασία με την ομάδα marketing για την προώθηση ακινήτων.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
• Προϋπηρεσία στις πωλήσεις ή/και στο real estate (προαιρετικό, αλλά εκτιμάται).
• Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και θετική στάση.
• Βασικές γνώσεις Η/Υ και social media.
• Γνώση αγγλικών – επιπλέον γλώσσες θεωρούνται πλεονέκτημα.
• Ικανότητα αυτόνομης εργασίας και επίτευξης στόχων.
