A composition of three architectural volumes, conceived in response to Greece's geography: the interplay of island, mountain, and sea.

Each block carries a distinct architectural language, contemporary, Dodecanese, Cycladic, yet shares a common design vocabulary, forming a cohesive ensemble unified by the experience of "gazing into the horizon."

The palette of white and blue responds to proximity to the sea, while the rammed earth technique grounds the structures within their landscape, reinforcing the project's core concept of continuity between built form and natural setting.

Details with a beating heart:

The iconic travertine reception, the rhythmic claustra in the common areas, architectural choices that echo the old Psyrri, the textures of a neighbourhood that has withstood the test of time.

And at the heart of it all: a painting by Yulia Iosilzon. Not mere decoration but a work of art that breathes within the space. Iosilzon, known for her warm, human-centred vision, created something that speaks to the soul of Psyrri: its vitality, its diversity, the beauty hidden in the ordinary.

Bellén Athens Hotel is a jewel that narrates the story of a neighbourhood, honours its past, and guides it, effortlessly, into its high-end future.

Aura Villas in Vourni, Tinos, emerge from the rock, the light, and the wind. Three levels of clean, restrained lines built in harmony with the Cycladic landscape, never competing with it.

Cool grey cement flows seamlessly from indoors to terraces. White walls serve as a canvas for carved wood and ceramic artworks. Furniture is boho in spirit, minimalist in character. Oversized sliding glass doors flood the interiors with sea views and ethereal Aegean light.

Outside, the island's natural rock formations and traditional dry-stone walls were preserved and honoured as natural boundaries between each villa.
