The apartment, fully renovated
floor-to-ceiling (October 2016), has a bedroom, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a living room with a large sofa bed (the living room can be isolated and turned to a second bedroom), a front veranda facing the wide and full of trees Ipirou street (the road leading to the National Archaeological museum). Ideal for couples, singles, group of friends, families of business travellers, “Spiti Athena” is located at the 3d floor of the 6-storey building (lift available). This apartment has a total size of 51 sqm, and can host up to four guests. The bedroom features 2 single beds with high quality anatomic mattresses. The beds’ configuration can easily change to double bed (queen size, 2 m X 2 m). The living room is equipped with a quality three seater sofa, which can very easily be converted to a double bed (2 m length by 1.40 m wide) with a quality mattress, suitable for 2 adults. Having a separate door, the living room can be used as a second bedroom. The modern, fully equipped open plan kitchen and the bathroom are stylishly designed for maximum pleasure and comfort. The apartment has been 100 % rebuilt in October 2016. This fact is quite important, as “renovated” is a term & practice rather unfamiliar in Greece: usually, where when one says “renovated”, expect just a paint job. As i live in a residential northern suburb of Athens, i enjoy using this apartment myself as a pied-à-terre for my dowtown outings, when it’s not rented. Athens center has so many things to do these days....
