Greece introduces unified Real Estate Information Hub
The long-anticipated “Unified Real Estate Hub” was recently presented to the Cabinet, aiming to consolidate all key property data into a single digital platform.
At its core, the platform will link information through the National Cadastre Code (KAEK), integrating data across multiple authorities—including the Cadastre, municipalities, tax authorities, utilities, and others—into one unified environment.
This initiative is expected to significantly reduce bureaucracy, streamline transactions for market participants, and enhance transparency and data reliability across the real estate sector.
A noteworthy feature is that property owners will have centralized access to their assets’ information, improving visibility and administrative efficiency.
A positive step towards a more modern, transparent, and efficient real estate ecosystem in Greece.
