1x Shared Bathroom with a shared washing machine. Last but not least, the flat has a beautiful garden in the backyard. PRICE is EUR 300 PER ROOM per month. Price includes bills (internet, electricity, water etc). Contract is available in English. Note: Cancellation prior to arrival / Refunds of Deposit
- Until 30 days from the booked arrival date, refund will be 100% of payment made minus all transfer charges. Note: we will refund the exact amount of Euro we have received minus all transfer charges.
- Until 15 days from the booked arrival date, refund will be 50% of payment made minus the banking or PayPal charges.
- Less than 15 days from the booked arrival date, there would be no refund.
