The second is to sell you an apartment that we have sourced below market value and allow you to get involved in the renovation process to adapt the interior design to your own taste. We manage the renovation for you, providing contacts for builders and the interior designers.

Before we buy any properties we do the due diligence, which includes looking for areas that are currently below the average price per square meter in the city center, close to the metro and bus lines, within walking distance of the major sites, and showing strong signs of regeneration and investment by locals.

3. Price per sqm below the market average

All our properties are below the current price per square meter for a city center apartment in Athens.

4. Clean property titles, no outstanding taxes

Whether you decide to buy a refurbished apartment or decide to get involved in the renovation, we guarantee a clean title. Which means a quick sale with no surprises.
