Is a beautiful house with a stunning view of the sea, measuring approximately 115 square meters. This lovely home features two spacious bedrooms which include a big wardrobe, as well as a smaller kid's room with a two story bed for children. The bedrooms are well-lit and offer plenty of natural light throughout the day.
The house also boasts a modern bathroom, complete with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The bathroom is well-maintained and has a clean and fresh feel to it.
The highlight of this property is the breathtaking view of the sea and mountains (which currently are snowy) , which can be enjoyed from the windows in the dining room- kitchen and living area. The living area is cozy and perfect for relaxing, with plenty of seating space and large windows that allow for plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals.
Moving outdoors, there is plenty of space as it includes a big garden and a small playground for the kids. Also a big outdoor BBQ is provided for you to enjoy summer with view to the sea.
The property also provides parking space for at least 2 cars. Also a plus about this house is that it is spacious enough to host any kind of celebration like a wedding, a party, even a baptism for your kid.
