A rare and beautiful gem of a property in the suburbs of Chania.
Only for the lucky ones. Alas many of us agents are not among these people and there's no real relief in selling these properties when you can't live in them to be honest.
In any case, this one is sensibly priced given the market and deserves a look even just for the fun of it.
There are now a lot...A LOT more expensive that that for no real reason.
