The garden is on an acre of land which we have designed to maintain a balance between the charm of the Cretan countryside with its profusion of wild flowers in spring and a garden to rest in or wander through enjoying the perfumes of orange blossom, jasmine and wild thyme. There is an orchard with citrus, olive, fig, pear and apricot trees. Eleven mature olive trees provide us with 60 litres of our own olive oil every year. We installed extensive automated watering systems to ensure you can be away and not worry about the plants. A 50mm supply to five separate timers ensures all the important plants get regularly watered.
