The main building is on two floors with entrances both on the ground floor and lower floor levels.The master bedroom has own small balcony that one can step out onto the garden lawn from or go down to the plunge pool and beach levels. The en-suite bathroom is a masterpiece in itself with double wash basins, a large glass door power shower and a massage relax bathtub. For your pleasure and entertainment the lower ground floor also houses a Turkish steam room whose temperature you can regulate to suit your preference, a high-tech smart TV and 3D Cinema. The apartment with spectacular sea view has two bedrooms with two small en-suite shower rooms. Each bedroom features a double bed, personal cupboard space and has its own TV. The ground floor also has its own open plan living room and service kitchen space. This all-in-one ground level apartment has its own entrance and access to the beach. It is ideal for family or friends wanting to maintain a level of freedom from the main property. Little Evita has a spacious open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room area. A double bedroom enjoys full length windows and balcony with views onto the garden lawn of EVITA and the same spectacular views of the sea. It is serviced by a small modern en-suite WC and shower room.
