It’s meant to be drunk on its own as it’s ‘too nice to have on food’.

Overlooking the Mediterranean, the Albanian mountains and in a tranquil setting this olive farm has been sympathetically refurbished retaining all the traditional stone and wood features.

The Olive grove has been resorted and will be producing organic olive oil from 2022 and the second building know as Theia is due to be restored in 2024.
