Some people come into your life for just a few days, and yet… somehow, they stay a little longer!

That’s how our story began with Maria and Giuseppe, two of the very first guests at Elefthia.

They came to Syros, fell in love with the island, and somewhere in between their holiday days, our paths crossed.

And somehow, without even realizing it, guests became familiar faces, familiar faces became friends and those first people we welcomed to Elefthia became a small part of our own story.

Every time they visit, we look forward to catching up, hearing what’s new in their lives, sharing a table once again, a conversation, another summer.

And perhaps that is the most beautiful part of hospitality for us.
