ΑΥΘΕΝΤΙΚΟΤΗΤΑ ΠΡΩΤΑ, και μετά η τεχνητή νοημοσύνη.
Τάσεις του 2026:
Το κοινό έχει κουραστεί από τις «στημένες» διαφημίσεις και τις "τέλεια" σκηνοθετημένες παραγωγές. Το branding δεν ειναι απλά ενα λογότυπο, χρώματα και γραμματοσειρά, ειναι αυτό που "μένει" στο μυαλό του άλλου, απο την πρώτη κιόλας στιγμή αλλα και την κάθε συναναστροφή μαζί σου.
Το 2026, τα brands που θα ξεχωρίσουν είναι εκείνα που θα δημιουργούν αυθεντικό περιεχόμενο στα Social Media, θα δείχνουν την “ανθρώπινη πλευρά” τους και θα ενισχύουν την αλληλεπίδραση με το κοινό τους με μια πολύ πιο ουσιαστική και γνήσια μορφή. Παρέχοντας behind-the-scenes στιγμιότυπα για διαδικασίες που ακολουθούνται αλλα και δημιουργώντας μια σύνδεση που δεν μπορει να παρέχει κανένα εργαλείο A.I. To εύρος προσοχής του μέσου χρήστη στα social media έχει μικρύνει σε μεγάλο βαθμό, συνεπώς εαν δεν "κλειδώσεις" την προσοχή του στα πρώτα 3-5 δευτερόλεπτα απο την αρχή, απλά σκρολάρει πιο περα. Το ίδιο ισχύει με τις εικόνες σε αγγελίες ακινήτων (αυτό ειναι άλλο μεγάλο κεφάλαιο, για άλλο βιντεο!)

🔷️ Properties on the southern suburbs of Athens are always in high demand, and prices per sqm in new developments may be a bit "spicy".
🔷️ Nevertheless, one CAN find many available & appealing alternatives, in well maintained residential blocks on the inner parts of Faliro, Nea Smyrni, Alimos, Glyfada, Elliniko, Voula, etc.
🔷️Another promising region worth examining and investing in, is that of Piraeus which has definitely seen a drastic change in infrastructure over the last decade.
