Do you know the story behind our logo?

Picking up the keys to your house is a truly momentous occasion, full of emotions and excitement... and this event was the inspiration for the symbol created by AG Design Agency, using the company’s initials (L&E) to portray a door key! 🗝

Wanted to make this post because we read that people who write down their goals for New Year are 42% more likely to achieve them...😅 Have you made any New Year Resolution yet? If not, let's hope that February is just as good as January despite the fact that our favourite fruit of the season is almost gone!

The truth is that every year our list is becoming less ambitious and more realistic... plus we are VERY aware that the toughest part is just getting started 🙄

We also know that anything worthy, like our health, takes time and that it's ok to skip a day, or have "a cheat day", but what is crucial is to get back!

So, saying that, in case you are stuck for ideas, here is our short list:

1. 🌱Be greener organising your recycling storage at home - make it easy and accessible for everyone

2. 🏃‍♀️🥗 Work out and eat healthy to feel good - stop thinking of it as a way to lose weight!!

3. 📵 Reduce the use of mobile phone to dedicate more time to what you like the most

4. 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️Get as close as possible to "Vitamin People" - those that make you feel good, have the power to calm you down and get the best of you

5. ✈ Travel more!
..And then, on the first day of every month ask yourself – How am I doing so far?🙄

Let’s face it, having an organised wardrobe is just great...🤩

School cancelled this week because of the snowfall in Greece and at home we’ve decided to tidy up a bit, sorting through winter clothes which will be much needed during this freezing period 🥶

We dug out older pieces from the darkest corner of our closet and realised two things: that it’s been so long since we went out that we’ve forgotten the purpose of 90% of our clothing and that we need a new closet to have everything in place!

Anyone else feels like they don’t have anything to wear? 🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏻

This is a design visualisation of the master bedroom in our B12 RESIDENCES’ Maisonette, which has the option to build a walk in wardrobe behind the bed - Maybe the solution to our problem to stop taking only the same and visible items of our wardrobe and make the getting ready process a little easier...

"THE LUNGS OF THE CITY": VENETIAN WALLS • A 3km green space in an urban environment located in the ❤ of Heraklion.

The Venetian Walls were first built in the 15th century and today are the best fortifications in the Mediterranean - which not only make our neighbourhood more beautiful... They are the perfect place to run, walk, read, listen your favourite playlist or gather with some friends while enjoying the impressive views of the city!

Isn’t jogging among this gorgeous walls much more motivating than a concrete jungle? 😅

Tag someone you would like to live in there with ❤️.

Our B12 is coming along and thought to give you a sneak pick about what's going on inside. Here is one of the three design lines that will have our favourite area of the house.

This choice stands out from the fear-fade concrete ceiling in contrast with the wood effect of the floor which keeps the interior minimal, cozy and elegant.

As you can see, the open plan kitchen-living room with private terrace, is a generous and bright space for dining, cooking and relaxing, all within sight of each other.

The idea was to create a room that makes it easy to socialise👥, to have dinner parties🍷, to cook🍳 for the family while the kids do homework📚 or watch television🍿... In other words, to make your life easier and more enjoyable!
