Το θαλασσινό αλάτι, τα εκλεκτά φύκια ή σαλάτα της θαλλασας και τα κοχύλια αποτελούν στοιχεία που δίνουν στα πιάτα μας αυθεντικότητα και ξεχωριστό χαρακτήρα.
Κάθε προϊόν που φτάνει στην κουζίνα μας είναι αποτέλεσμα γνώσης, εμπειρίας και προσωπικής φροντίδας με σεβασμό στο φυσικό περιβάλλον.

Η γλυκιά δροσιά της θάλασσας

Φρέσκο, βελούδινο και αρωματικό, το γλυκό μας ισορροπεί ανάμεσα στη δροσιά του τυριού κρέμα και τη γλυκύτητα της βάσης μπισκότου, δημιουργώντας μια αρμονία γεύσεων που θυμίζει το καλοκαίρι σε κάθε μπουκιά.

Σερβίρεται με διακριτικό άγγιγμα φρέσκων φρούτων εποχής ή χειροποίητη σάλτσα , για εκείνη την απαλή οξύτητα που αναδεικνύει το κάθε στοιχείο. Είναι το τέλειο φινάλε σε ένα γεύμα δίπλα στο κύμα – ανάλαφρο, κομψό, και απλώς αξέχαστο.
