Χαίρετε! It's not too late to have a 2026 holiday at Dimitris Beach Villa, we have last minute availability July 30 - Aug 1 as well as a prime slot still open Aug 9-14. As always, contact us directly for lowest booking prices! We also have availability 28-30 Aug, 17-19 Sep, 30 Sep - 8 Oct and 15-31 Oct. For next year, there are a few bookings so far but its mostly open. Happy Summer/Καλό Καλοκαίρι!

Happy 2026 from Dimitri's Beach! Our season kicks off on 1 May and we would love to accommodate you this summer! We still have the following dates available: full weeks: 1-8 May (at low season rates), 28 Aug - 7 Sept, 17 Sept - 31 Oct (back to low season rates). Or if you would like to combine a shorter stay with a stay someplace else, we have the following shorter stay availability: 18-20 May, 20-23 July, 30 July - 1 Aug, and 10-14 Aug. Its not too late to visit this season as we still have availability August 30 - Sept 6 as well as October 9-31 (with low season rates); 2026 is open for booking also.
