The master bedroom is en-suite with walk in wardrobe and spacious breakfast veranda, complete with daybed and partial sea view to Cogevinas Beach, known locally as Votana Beac

h. Sharing this veranda is a second double bedroom overlooking the luxurious swimming pool at the rear of the villa. A large bathroom with shower and bath is situated on the same floor and also a single bedded room overlooking the pool and a twin bedded room with front facing veranda and partial sea view. The ground floor hosts a magnificent split level lounge and dining room. The hall has a beautiful iron staircase and WC. The fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor has full electric oven and hob, dishwasher and small fridge. It is equipped to a very high standard. There is also a utility room housing washing machine and fridge freezer. The large back kitchen veranda and private dining area hosts and outside lounge area overlooking the magnificent 55m2 swimming pool. Sunbeds frame the pool area and a beautiful stone BBQ is found built into the patio area. An outside shower is found on the outer pool area. The loft area is a private area used for storing of villa supplies and linen and for the maids use only. Kassiopi village is within 10 minutes walk
Avlaki Beach is within 10 minutes walk
Cogevinas/Votana Beach 100 metres from the villa
Jetty at the beach for boat hire moorings
Two well stocked supermarkets are within 3 - 5 minutes walk
Cogevinas/Votana beach quiet pebble beach excellent for swimming and snorkelling. Avlaki Beach hosts a dinghy sailing centre and paddle boards and 2 excellent tavernas. Kassiopi village is a vibrant coastal village with a pretty harbour, boasting good bars and restaurants. supermarkets and a nice variety of shops. Villa Liaskos is rented for 5 nights upwards
