Το Αmalia Αpartments βρίσκεται 200μ. από το κέντρο του ορεινού χωριού Εξάνθεια με υψόμετρο 580μ., έχει θέα το Ιόνιο πέλαγος και την παραλία Κάθισμα από την οποία απέχει 10χλμ.

Η απόστασή του από το κέντρο της Λευκάδας είναι 19,3χλμ και από τον Άγιο Νικήτα 10,6χλμ. Από τα μπαλκόνια των διαμερισμάτων θα απολαύσετε το πράσινο τοπίο, το απέραντο γαλάζιο και το μαγευτικό ηλιοβασίλεμα, μακριά από τη φασαρία της πόλης.

Στο χωριό μπορείτε να βρείτε παραδοσιακό φούρνο με ξύλα, παντοπωλείο και καφενεδάκια. Σας προτείνουμε να δοκιμάσετε γεύσεις από το μεζεδοπωλείο 'η Ράχη'. Από την Εξάνθεια διοργανώνονται δραστηριότητες όπως το 'παρά πέντε' που καταλήγει στο Κάθισμα. Όσοι αγαπούν τη φύση μπορούν να περπατήσουν στη γύρω περιοχή.

Designed to offer comfort, the villa consists of a spacious open space with living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two comfortable bedrooms, offer privacy and relaxation, are equipped with double bed, wardrobe and private bathroom. All rooms have access to a large terrace with a private pool, bbq and dining area.
The villa can accommodate 4 persons with the option for 2 extra persons.
