AICIRIE was established in 2012 by Danai Vasiliki Athanasopoulou and Sarantos Lysikatos in Kefalonia. Having different educational backgrounds, their goal was to create a practice that intergrades architecture, construction, real estate and environment. Our goal is to help our clients find the property of their dreams and design fascinating spaces according to their needs. We are involved with pro

jects of different scales and different typologies, such as residential, tourism, leisure and professional spaces. Based both on Kefalonia and Patras, we offer our clients quality services from choosing the best property to architectural design, issuing of building permits, but also supervision and construction management of new buildings and renovation of existing ones.

The project explores the reinterpretation of the swimming pool, challenging established typologies, in an effort to achieve complete integration with the site's natural topography.
