A while since I updated so we have now finished the block work, and started on the stud walls and plumbing….. it’s beginning to look like a home

A bit slow over the last 2 weeks due to weather conditions but the basement is tidy ish, we have a roof and yes we’re off…. Nick and I laid the first bricks this morning….

First floor concrete completed, and columns completed for upstairs. Winds have stopped us this week so won’t be able to finish the roof until next week

Latest update on Dexys Dorma… basement tanked on the outside and all the footings now filled in
First floor and stairs to basement done
Steels in for first floor columns and electric meter containment built

Foundations complete, filled in, basement floor laid, basement steels completed and concrete poured for the walls! Shuttering removed today! Starting to look like something now ❤️

Steelwork completed for the foundations and basement walls, ready for the engineer next week then we can shutter and pour the concrete 🥰

Shuttering started and the basement steels arrived. Some rain last weekend stalled progress but touch wood for the foundations and basement next week 😊
