A few days ago there were three unsubstantiated negative reviews on Google about the hotel. Of course we accept all reviews as we understand that the apartments are impossible to please everyone. However, we want to clarify that these people stayed in the apartments for ten days without telling us that they did not like them or they need something and when they left from the hotel they left negative comments about situations that are not valid and are being uploaded like photos claiming that they received the room in this condition while the photos are during their stay. We want to clarify our position and say that the rooms are delivered clean, without objects and garbage inside.We understand that people's preferences are different for this as a hotel we do not commit you in any way if you want to leave either from the first day or during your stay if you are not happy. We do not mention anywhere that the hotel is new or renovated, but in no case do we deliver the rooms dirty. In addition, in our emails we always send photos of the apartments that are not edited and the photos of all the apartments are posted on social media. The comments on the post will be disabled because we don't want the topic to take a dimension.We wish everyone a good rest of the summer, we will continue to do the best we can for you!
