Peaceful, sheltered silence and muted atmosphere. That is the feeling of Panta Rhei Design! Come and listen!

Now the floors are installed. Kitchen and cabinets will follow. The floating screed, the isolated and muted laid floor, the triplex windows, the double drywalls, the extra isolation inside the inner walls and ceilings, the outside thermoisolation, the sound isolated water- and sewage pipes.. now they compose their special symphony. Peaceful, sheltered silence and muted atmosphere. This is the feeling of our Panta Rhei Design!

Things are moving faster now. The floors have been poured, and the thermoinsulation is 50% complete. We'll soon start on the landscaping and the pools.😀

Just as a detail if you should be interested: Do you see the blue strip laid between the wall and the floor? This prevents acoustic vibrations from the floor being transmitted to the wall. One of many concrete examples of our Panta Rhei philosophy.
