The spacious villa includes a living room with a fireplace, a flat-screen TV and DVD player. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 3 bathrooms, one with a spa bath and the other with a hydro-massage shower the 3rd shower is "ensuite" and a W.C for house guests.Air conditioning and a washing machine- and dryer come standard. A variety of cafes, restaurants and bars lie along the coastline of Flisvos, within 500 meters of Artistic Villa Luxury. Guests have the option to start their day with a homemade or personalised breakfast at extra charge. The closest tram stop, offering direct access to Athens City Center, is within walking distance. Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is approximately 35 km away, and Piraeus Port is at a distance of 9 km. Free private parking is possible on site.

Αnna is the most hospitable host we have ever encountered. She communicated with me a year before our dream trip to Athens, helping me plan each day. She had a plate full of homemade dolmades waiting for us when we arrived and the fridge was stocked with the “basics” ready for us. On our last day, she woke up at 5am to move her car and make room for the minibus that came to take us to the airport… which she had arranged. Our group of ten adults were truly sad to leave Anna standing there greeting us at the door. There are not enough words to describe how much we enjoyed our visit to Athens thanks to Anna’s kindness.

Η Anna είναι η πιο φιλόξενη οικοδέσποινα που έχουμε συναντήσει ποτέ. Επικοινωνούσε μαζί μου για έναν χρόνο πριν από το ονειρεμένο ταξίδι μας στην Αθήνα, βοηθώντας με να σχεδιάσω κάθε μέρα. Είχε ένα πιάτο γεμάτο σπιτικές ντολμάδες να μας περιμένει όταν φτάσαμε και το ψυγείο είχε τα «βασικά» έτοιμα στη διάθεσή μας. Την τελευταία μας μέρα, ξύπνησε στις 5 το πρωί, για να μετακινήσει το αυτοκίνητό της και να κάνει χώρο για το μίνι λεωφορείο που ήρθε να μας μεταφέρει στο αεροδρόμιο… το οποίο είχε κανονίσει εκείνη. Η παρέα μας των δέκα ενηλίκων στεναχωρήθηκε πραγματικά που άφησε την Άννα να στέκεται εκεί και να χαιρετά στην πόρτα. Δεν υπάρχουν αρκετά λόγια για να περιγράψουμε πόσο απολαύσαμε την επίσκεψή μας στην Αθήνα χάρη στην καλοσύνη της Άννας.
