Hello my lovely Batlis family.
I have been so quiet this year. It's been a difficult one snd many changes happening. Some very exciting I wanted to share with you.
Batlis House is becoming the new headquarters of my new venture Nomad and Kin ♡
Launching 10th September 2026.
Nomad & Kin is an idea of mine bubbling away for years.. its bringing educational art in to the world through clothing and posters and jigsaws!
It's a natural progression from my own art, but I need to branch out and make an actual business.
This idea is to create products that encourage conversations about our planet and different cultures. To inspire curiosity and adventure. (And to make me some money lol.)
My first Global Collection is almost here and I am buzzing.

So what you'll find for my launch is my first round of global posters, showing some examples of significant historical and cultural symbols of places around the world. And that just look fantastic on any wall. : ) Plus i've been playing with new designs of the new equal earth world map ( where all continents are the correct size unlike the one we've been learning from for 450 years)...
ALSO, with my son Joie, we've designed some super cool clothing for kids!
It's the beginning of something bigger too. I'm already speaking with some amazing artists from around the world and will be presenting their art and stories about their homes. Learning about who we share this planet with through art.
The other huge part of Nomad and Kin is to give back. It will be a way for me to continue my 25 year career in NGO and human rights work, by using the platform to share current important issues and to fundraise.
Right now i'm launching for Christmas! So first things first. Building my followers. So please follow my instagram!.
