The latest investment of the company is a plot of 7,100 square meters within the technological park, called TECHNOPOLIS, in the municipality of Pylea in Thessaloniki. Technopolis is designed to act as a landmark of science, innovative inventions and research. The concept is to construct a building complex that will house mainly companies and enterprises from the sectors of information technology, education, biotechnology and biomedicine, as well as professional office spaces. The complex will be constructed in five levels with the possibility of vertical or horizontal division into functional units that can operate autonomously. The area of Panorama is now considered the most privileged and humane urban suburb of Thessaloniki. The building complex, Sigma Block, is located in the most prominent area of Kalamaria and specifically at the junction of El. Venizelou, an extension of Adrianoupoleos & Ethnikis Antistaseos streets. This place is right on the eastern entrance and exit of the city with direct access to all public transportation, while the residential neighborhood and upscale retailing stores make it a unique spot. The complex consists of three independent six-storey buildings and all the spaces have great 360 degree north-south views since there is no adjacent bulding nearby and will remain so in the future.

The developments have been imaginatively arranged to provide residents with generous accommodation and maximum daylight whilst achieving the necessary degree of privacy for its occupants. Each building has a separate entrance while sharing a common atrium providing a secure and private environment for residents to enjoy. On the ground level, around the buildings there are commercial stores with large facades overlooking the two main streets.
