July 27, 2026 – Olea Estate Company announces the completion of the underground level structure of its new premium residential development Dragoumi Heights at Ionos Dragoumi 6, Pylaia, Thessaloniki.
On July 24, 2026, construction of the underground level was completed, including the reinforced-concrete slab above the underground level, which also forms the structural floor slab for the ground-floor apartments.

Works now progress to the above-ground levels of the development.
