Starting in 2021 I officially started my journey on doing TNRs (Trap Neuter Release/Re-home) for strays I come across. Currently at 20TNRs and many more to come!🐾

Which type of mortgage is best for me?

There are multiple types of mortgage loans. Each have its own pros and cons.
Its important to know whats availble for you and to choose one that works best for you.

What is the interest rate & APR?

Your APR is just as important as your interest rates.
Unlike your interest rates, the APR incorporates all fee within the loan.

Do you charge origination fee?

Always good info to know if your lender has origination fees. When asking, make sure to specify "Lender fees" as there are other additional costs
they could mention.

What is my monthly mortgage payment?

Probably a question you've asked already, or have on your notes, but knowing your mortgage payments is key to this deal.

What will my closing costs be?

Will they be apart of my loan? Or should I have the money ready at closing? There are third party fees that you will be expected to pay, whether through your loan or at closing. Ask your lender what they consist of, how much it'll be and how they will be covered.
