🌀️Contrary to concerns, this typhoon passed by safely.

The winds had low moisture content, so the damage appears to have been less than expected.

However, judging by the damaged areas, the instantaneous wind speeds seem to have been powerful.

Below is the typhoon damage report for the Sabana Condo.

1. Concrete wall at the waste sorting area destroyed, fence damaged (The fence is a recurring issue with every typhoon, so it is scheduled for removal)

2. 4 solar lights lost

3. 4 cameras lost

4. 26 feet (8 meters) of bird spikes lost

Applications for the use of large personal generators are not permitted due to noise issues.

(If you wish to use one, only small generators under 4000W are allowed. / Hours: 9am–6pm)

Public facilities in Guam are also expected to return to normal within a week.

We know it will be difficult, but please get through this well and help clean up your surroundings.

️🌀이번 태풍은 우려과 달리 잘 지나갔습니다.
바람에 수분이 적어 예상보다 피해가 적었던것같습니다.
그래도 파손된 부위들을 살펴봤을때 순간풍속만큼은 강력했었습니다.

아래는 이번 사바나콘도 태풍 피해상황입니다.

1. 쓰레기 분리장 콘크리트벽 파괴, 펜스파손 (팬스는 태풍올때마다 파손되고있는 부분이라, 철거예정)
2. 쏠라등 4개 소실
3. 카메라 4대 소실
4. 버드스파이크 8미터 (26ft) 소실

개인용 대형발전기 사용신청은 소음문제 때문에 불허합니다.
(사용원하면 4000w미만 소형발전기만 허용됩니다. / 시간제한: 9am~6pm)

괌 공공시설도 일주일내에 정상화 될것으로 예상됩니다.
어려운 시기라는 것을 알고 있지만, 부디 이 시기를 잘 헤쳐나가시고 주변 환경 정화에 협조해 주시기 바랍니다.
