Today Saturday 20th September, 2025 our CEO and Founder Shondel Yveonette Hope joined fellow members of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry Guyana and the Centre for Local Business Development-Guyana At the DOF COOK-OFF, the atmosphere buzzed with excitement as participants gathered for a day brimming with vibrant flavors, hearty laughter, and opportunities to connect. The air was rich with the aroma of sizzling dishes, People mingled and exchanged ideas, forming new friendships and collaborations while enjoying a relaxing environment that encouraged creativity and camaraderie. It was truly a delightful experience that celebrated the joy of food and community.

The Women’s Chamber of Commerce & Industry Guyana congratulates President Irfaan Ali and the PPP/C on their re-election, as well as the Members of Parliament representing WIN, APNU, and the Forward Guyana Movement.

We especially recognize Amanza Walton-Desir as the only woman to lead a party into Parliament, an important step for women’s leadership in Guyana.
