This past weekend, CBRE Hong Kong was proud to join over 113,000 fans from around the globe at Kai Tak Stadium for the Hong Kong Sevens, one of Asia’s most iconic sporting events.

As the tournament marked the 50th anniversary of rugby sevens in Hong Kong, we were especially pleased to bring our REAL Energy to the CBRE corporate box, connecting with clients, colleagues and business partners while enjoying world‑class rugby and an electric atmosphere.

Congratulations to Turner & Townsend on the opening of their new Hong Kong office at Two Harbour Square, Kwun Tong.

This relocation marks a significant milestone in supporting the firm’s continued growth in the city, reinforcing its leadership position in programme management, cost consultancy and project management services.

Spanning approximately 17,000 sq. ft., the new office is designed as a collaborative hub that enhances Turner & Townsend’s ability to support clients across Hong Kong, Macau, and the Asia Pacific region. By leveraging cutting-edge digital tools, the team has transformed how projects are designed and delivered. This next-generation workplace enables the firm to manage complex programmes and portfolios with greater agility, efficiency, and impact.

Since becoming a majority-owned subsidiary of CBRE in 2021, Turner & Townsend has continued to expand its presence and capabilities across the region.
