ACTS ACTS . We create ACTS was founded by entrepreneur and designer Carl Gouw. Gouw is the Managing Director of Goldig Investment Group.

Gouw has over 15 years of experience in property investment, management as well as design and development. Gouw supports the arts and culture in Asia. He advises Hong Kong Ambassadors of Design Limited, and a co-founder and International Arts Movement. He is the Vice President of Entrepreneurs’ Organisation – Hong Kong Chapter Limited. Gouw conducts research on the changing relationships between d

esign, culture, social structures and humanity. He writes regularly for publications including Baccarat and Capital Entrepreneur. He received the ’40 under 40’ award in 2014 by Perspective magazine which honors architects and designers ‘who will lead Asia’s design industry in the next two decades.’
