#會德豐地產 與煤氣攝影會首次合辦「文化攝影活動」，由 #會德豐 副主席兼常務董事 #黃光耀 先生親自帶領攝影好友，前往鴨脷洲洪聖古廟及水月宮。

洪聖古廟始建於1773年，供奉南海之神「洪聖」，是香港少數仍保留臨海風水佈局的廟宇之一；附近的水月宮則主祀觀音，兩座廟宇分別見證了鴨脷洲逾200年的漁村歲月。黃先生在導賞中分享了廟宇的歷史背景、建築特色及文化意義，讓參加者在構圖與光影之外，更能捕捉影像背後的故事與靈魂。

我們希望透過今次活動，讓更多人認識港島南的獨特面貌 — 不只是一個發展完善的社區，更是一個充滿歷史與人情味的寶藏地點。

#北部都會區 的發展藍圖正逐步實現，而古洞北，更是率先啟動的重點區域。想了解古洞北的規劃與發展？「古洞北 • 都會新篇展館」現已開放團體預約，讓您一次過看個明白。
📍 地點：尖沙咀海港城港威大廈

展館以「共融、共創、共享」為主題，闡述北都的生態環境、產業佈局、交通基建及城鄉共融。從塱原濕地、雙魚河等自然景觀，到四大產業區的規劃分布，再到「創科金三角」（新田科技城、河套區、古洞北）的互補發展，透過模型、地圖與互動裝置，讓未來變得立體可見。

交通配套方面，東鐵綫古洞站預計於2027年落成，屆時古洞站一站接駁落馬洲，一線直達金鐘， 前往港島及深圳口岸將更為便捷。展館亦設有「10分鐘生活圈」展板，展示古洞北如何將住宅、商業、政府設施及自然空間整合於步行可達的範圍內。

此外，展館特設傳統文化展區，展出客家圍村建築模型及北區傳統技藝，提醒大家：發展的同時，人文歷史並未被遺忘。

The Northern Metropolis blueprint is becoming reality, and Kwu Tung North is the first key area to take off. Curious about its future? The "Kwu Tung North • Metropolis New Chapter Gallery" is now open for group tours.

📍 Location: The Gateway, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui

Themed around "Co-exist, Co-create, Co-share", the Gallery brings the future to life through models, maps, and interactive displays, from Long Valley Nature Park and the four major zones to the innovation & technology synergy across San Tin Technopole, Hetao Loop, and Kwu Tung North.

On transport, the East Rail Line Kwu Tung Station is set to open in 2027, connecting to Lok Ma Chau in one stop and Admiralty in one line. A "10-minute neighbourhood" panel shows how residential, commercial, and green spaces all sit within walking distance.

A traditional culture zone also features Hakka walled village models and local crafts, reminding that heritage is not forgotten amid development.

這裡不是宜蘭，卻有宜蘭的水田寧靜；不是米埔，卻一樣看到候鳥飛過。

#塱原自然生態公園 — 藏在雙魚河與石上河之間的一片淡水濕地。濕農田、乾農田、沼澤、水池交錯其中，吸引水鳥、兩棲爬蟲、蝴蝶在此棲息，拼湊出香港難得一見的開闊自然風景。

Mr. Ricky Wong, former Chairman of the “Enhancing Self-Reliance Through District Partnership Programme”, recently hosted an in-depth exchange session with representatives from 19 social enterprises at the headquarters in Wong Chuk Hang, arranged by 豐盛社企學會 Fullness Social Enterprises Society (FSES) .

He shared how the Group promotes social enterprise initiatives across different channels, earning his title as a "Social Enterprise Advocate". From property events to internal gifts, the Group prioritizes social enterprise products, generating over HK$500,000 in annual revenue for them.

Mr. Wong emphasized that the business sector can serve as a bridge connecting social enterprises with partners, schools, and customers. He concluded, "I hope more people will come to know social enterprises and bring ethical consumption into the mainstream". We will continue to leverage business power to support the healthy growth of the social enterprise ecosystem.
