【Commercial Property Market on the Rise! First 5 Months Hit a 4-Year High 🚀】
The industrial, commercial, and retail property market remained highly active in May, recording 455 registrations (+0.7% MoM)! For the first five months of 2026, total registrations reached 2,063 (+10.9% YoY), hitting a 4-year high! 📈
Market Highlights:
🔹 Industrial: Driven by the new iCITY project, May recorded 244 cases, the highest since April 2025!
🔹 Retail: Capital continues to flow in to catch up, with transactions in the first 5 months surging over 33% YoY!
🔹 Offices: Grade A office prices have risen for 2 consecutive months! May also dominated all major transactions over HK$100 million (including a HK$410M deal in Mong Kok and a HK$115M deal in Shek Mun).
