上星期六,ISS 香港很榮幸再次參與由國際培幼會 () 主辦的「愛‧女孩」起跑!2026,以行動延續我們「為理念而跑」的精神。
今年,來自不同團隊的 20 位充滿熱誠的同事 齊集於 香港科學園,共同為支持女孩的權利與未來而奔跑。這不只是一場跑步活動,更是 精神 的真切體現——展現了團隊合作、多元共融,以及我們深信每一步都能帶來真實改變的信念。透過參與這項活動,我們協助提升大眾對兒童保護及女孩權利的關注,並為相關項目籌集資金,支援弱勢女孩獲得教育、保護,以及邁向更光明未來的希望。
我們為所有跑手展現出的活力、堅毅與承擔感到無比自豪,同時衷心感謝每一位讓今年活動得以順利完成的支持者。當我們並肩同行,便能在終點線以外,創造真正有意義的影響。

Last Saturday, ISS Hong Kong proudly joined Run for Girls! 2026, organised by Plan International Hong Kong (), for another meaningful year of running with purpose.

This year, 20 passionate colleagues from across our teams came together at Hong Kong Science Park, united by a shared commitment to stand with girls and support their rights and futures. More than just a run, the event was a powerful reflection of our spirit — demonstrating teamwork, inclusion, and our belief that every step can help spark real change. By taking part, we helped raise awareness and funds to support child protection and girls’ rights programmes, supporting vulnerable girls to access education, protection, and hope for a brighter tomorrow.

We are incredibly proud of our runners for their energy, resilience, and dedication, and thankful to everyone who contributed to making this year’s participation possible. Together, we showed that when we move as one, we can make a meaningful impact beyond the finish line.

Here’s to continuing to run for something bigger — and to making places, and futures, better for girls everywhere. 💙🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

最近,我們為響應國際婦女節,於總部及多個工作地點圓滿結束了「Give to Gain」骨質疏鬆健康關注活動。我們選擇這個主題,是因為骨質疏鬆雖然會影響所有性別的人,但女性的風險顯著較高。國際婦女節為我們提供了一個重要的平台,讓我們能聚焦於對女性有長遠影響的健康議題,從而強調及早認知及預防習慣的重要性。

在不同的工作地點中,我們的職安健團隊以及員工資源(ERG)小組成員向同事介紹了簡單的阻力訓練動作,分享健康資訊,並提供彈力帶,方便大家將這些實踐融入日常生活。整個活動期間,我們看見同事持續而認真的參與,這有助於在一個支持性的環境中促進更開放的健康交流。

這項活動是我們持續致力於為每一位同事打造安全工作環境的重要一環。我們感謝所有參與團隊及義工的投入與支持,他們的付出讓整個計劃得以以專業而細緻的方式順利推行。我們期待繼續推出更多能夠強化身心健康、並促進正向職場文化的相關措施與活動。

Recently, for International Women’s Day, we concluded our International Women’s Day “Give to Gain” osteoporosis health awareness initiative across our headquarters and several site locations. We selected this focus because osteoporosis affects people of all genders, though women face a significantly higher risk. International Women’s Day provides an important platform to highlight health topics that impact women in specific and long‑term ways, underscoring the value of early awareness and preventive habits.

Across the various locations, our Health & Safety team and Employee Resource Group members introduced simple resistance exercises, shared health information and provided exercise bands for colleagues to integrate into their daily routines. Throughout the day, we observed steady and thoughtful participation, which helped foster open conversations about health in a supportive environment.

This initiative forms part of our ongoing commitment to creating a SAFE space for everyone. We appreciate the contributions of all teams and volunteers involved, whose efforts ensured the programme was delivered with care and professionalism. We look forward to continuing to develop initiatives that strengthen wellbeing and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

上季,我們衷心表揚 重點客戶經理Anita,感謝她在工作中展現出的卓越奉獻與貼心關懷。
2025 年 7 月的一個下午,某金融客戶辦公室發生了突發醫療緊急事件。一名女客戶在洗手間突然感到不適並暈倒。按照緊急應變程序,駐場保安主管立即前往協助,但當時現場並沒有女保安可陪同。Anit為她的安危深感憂心,於是立刻挺身而出。她迅速把日常營運工作交由團隊處理,並陪同客戶乘坐救護車前往醫院,全程在旁照料。
在及時的醫療處理下,客戶已恢復意識,而 Anita 亦確保她安全回家,心情安定舒適。整個事件中,Anita 完全展現出 ISS 所堅守的精神,把個人安全與人本關懷放在首位。
Anita 的同理心、專業判斷與迅速行動,充分體現了 ISS 的核心價值。讓我們一起恭賀 Anita 獲得這份當之無愧的嘉許!

At ISS, our people are the heart of everything we do — and the Apple Awards celebrate those who go above and beyond to make a difference.

Last quarter, we proudly recognised Anita, Key Account Manager, for her remarkable dedication and care.
One afternoon in July 2025, a medical emergency occurred at a financial client’s office. A female client suddenly became unwell and fainted in the restroom. Following emergency protocols, the on‑site security supervisor rushed to assist, only to find that no female security personnel were available. Concerned for her wellbeing, Anita immediately stepped in. After delegating her operational duties to her team, she accompanied the client in the ambulance and stayed by her side throughout the journey to the hospital.
Thanks to timely medical treatment, the client regained consciousness, and Anita ensured she returned home safely and in comfort. Throughout the incident, Anita embodied the true spirit of ISS, placing personal safety and human care above all else.
Anita’s empathy, professionalism, and swift judgement reflect the very best of our ISS values.

We’re proud to share the story of Abby, our Global Management Trainee from ISS Hong Kong, who recently completed a three-month exchange in Zurich at one of our customer sites.

During her time in Switzerland, Abby gained first-hand exposure to a wider range of facility services across different industries, strengthening her understanding of how technology, innovation, and strong customer partnerships shape workplace experience. Beyond work, she embraced new cultural moments (including her first Oktoberfest in Zurich!) and navigated the challenge of a new language - picking up basic German and building genuine connections along the way.

As Abby shares: “Stay open-minded and curious. Differences in language, culture and working styles are part of the journey. The more you embrace them, the more rewarding the experience becomes.”

A big thank you to the ISS Switzerland team for the warm welcome and for creating an environment where learning happened naturally. Experiences like this help us grow talent with a truly global customer mindset by bringing new perspectives back to Hong Kong and beyond.

In Hong Kong, we marked this special occasion during our Town Hall, where we reflected on our journey, our placemakers, and our shared purpose of connecting people and places to make the world work better. ISSHK CEO, Vincent MA, shared key reflections on our progress and outlook, highlighting our collective efforts and achievements over the past year.

A highlight of the Town Hall was celebrating our ISS Shine employees, recognising their outstanding achievements across six sites from the latest cohort. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate them once again for their dedication and passion, which truly reflects the spirit of ISS and the impact our placemakers create every day.

To mark this momentous anniversary in a meaningful way, our placemakers also came together for the ISSHK Wishing Tree initiative, pinning heartfelt well-wishes and hopes for the future on the ISS Tree, symbolising our shared journey and future vision. The celebrations continued beyond the Town Hall, with post-event activities including a “Dress in Legacy” Award and an ISS125 Photo Corner at our Headquarters, where teams captured joyful moments and memories from this milestone celebration.

As we celebrate 125 years of ISS, we honour our past, recognise our people, and look confidently towards the future in unity.
