“源豐”成立於1978年，最初為本地一間空調冷凍工程公司，其後發展成為新界發展商。本公司現在業務主要包括新界物業發展及租務。直至現在，已發展之村屋數目大約二百幢，地區包括元朗、屯門、天水圍、北區（如:上水及粉嶺）、大埔及荃灣。租務方面，本公司在新界西擁有多個物業如:地舖、商場舖、寫字樓、唐樓、村屋 、土地及車位作長期收租投資。在2021年，本公司開始發展我們首個非鄉村式發展項目，名為“源里 - The Korner”。該項目期望在2023年峻工及開始營運。另外，本公司同時會為客户提供新界發展顧問及個別客户之物業代理服務
YUEN FUNG was established in early 1978. The original business focused on various types of air-conditioner and refrigerator design, installation, maintenance and engineering. Having circumvented about a number of obstacles, the performance of the company finally came into a successfully stable stage. The scope of our services was also expanded to large commercial and industrial air conditioning systems, ventilation systems, refrigeration equipment and distribution of the premium brands of the high-end refrigeration equipment imported from the United States and Japan. Our client base not only consisted of those from Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories, but also the neighboring Mainland China cities (e.g.: Guangzhou and Shenzhen), including those well-known Hong Kong enterprises and listed companies. Until the early 90’s, our company began to be involved in the investments about real estates and village house development projects in the New Territories. By embracing each new challenge, the new business became progressively mature. In 2010, our company officially sold the engineering business, and successfully transformed into a developer. Nowadays, our core business includes various types of land investment and development in the New Territories, village house development and rental, reconstruction, as well as residential and commercial property investments. So far the company has successfully completed a number of village house development projects in Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai, Tuen Mun, Tsuen Wan, Tai Po and Northern District(e.g. Fanling, Sha Tau Kok and Lok Ma Chau). In addition, our company cooperates with a number of industry leading contractors so as to provide customers with quality village houses with innovative designs. In 2021, Yuen Fung started our first non-V zone property development project, The Korner.It is completed and began to operate for rental purpose in 2023. For the long term investment, Yuen Fung also actively purchases and holds various kinds of properties such as shops, offices, village houses, apartments and carparks in different areas (e.g. Yuen Long, Tuen Mun and Causeway Bay) in Hong Kong for the rental purpose.
