The cost of living in Roatán is one of the main reasons so many people start seriously considering a move here. 🌴

While the spectrum is very broad and depends a lot on your lifestyle, it’s absolutely possible to live on a minimum of around 1,500 USD per month if you’re budget-conscious. 💸 For me personally, as a family of three, we spend around 2,500 USD per month. 👨‍👩‍👧 That’s roughly 50% of what I would spend living a similar lifestyle in the United States. 🇺🇸

That number includes our housing, utilities, groceries, transportation, school, and some fun island activities. 🏡🛒🚗🎉 Everyone’s situation will look a little different depending on where you live on the island, whether you rent or own, and how often you eat out or travel. 🌎 But overall, Roatán can offer a lower cost of living while still giving you an amazing quality of life. 🌞
