At Las Vistas we’re absolutely concerned about taking good care of nature and protecting the environment in the Camp Bay area. We are adjacent to the National Park and just a stone’s throw away from Camp Bay Beach. Both areas are beautifully pristine and it is our first and foremost intention to keep it this way for future generations!

My name is Blaine Bell, the developer at Las Vistas at Camp Bay Beach.
We have done everything possible to prevent environmental stress and damage to Camp Bay. We have installed natural filtering rock retention walls. You can see in the photos, the difference now from what was happening in 2023. There is virtually no unwanted runoff along the road to Camp. We have installed solar energy to supply all the electrical needs at the entrance and have installed a powerful solar pump for the community well. We have also placed solar bollard street lights. Finally, we have planted a number of trees and bamboo to replace any trees taken down from putting in our road. All these things we have done to preserve the environment and beauty of Camp Bay!
