Brad Volk “Century 21”
I was fortunate to meet Brad during our numerous visits to Roatan. His company “Island House” did the property management for Mission Gates. My husband and I owned a Condo in the complex. We found him very knowledgeable about real estate and property management.
After my husband’s passing, I decided to sell our condo and contacted Brad. He is very well known on the island and has his finger on the pulse of what is happening in Roatan. He is well-informed and has vast experience with regard to the real estate market, both residential and commercial.
I found Brad to be a very caring and thoughtful person. He is also very patient. He patiently explained the nuances of the listing and selling contracts/processes on the Island. Somewhat different from Canada. He helped me through the probate of the condo, the listing and the sale.
I found that Brad gets your house/condo sold for the best price in the shortest length of time possible.
Brad believes in service. He answered my Emails and texts promptly. Kept me informed regarding the viewings and offers. Prior to my arrival in Roatan to sign the sale contract he made sure all the paperwork was ready, had made the appointment with my Roatan lawyer and then drove me to the appointment. He followed up the sale and made sure the money was wired promptly and accurately to my bank in Canada.
He also dealt with other matters, too numerous to mention, concerning my condo that were not related to the listing and sale. I found Brad definitely goes beyond “the call of duty” for his clients.
I highly recommend Brad to be your Roatan Realtor for all of your real estate needs.
