When you rent the Coconut House, the entire place is yours! Featuring over 2500 sq. of living space on the lower two floors and 1000 sq. loft, the Coconut House is rented on a sliding scale to accommodate more intimate groups up to a maximum of 12 guests. there is an additional 1900 sq. of covered verandas (1100 upstairs and 800 downstairs), to provide lots of space to spread out and relax. The Coconut House if tastefully furnished and all tableware, bed linens and towels are of the finest quality. The shady verandas are perfect for lounging and siestas, as is the beach and the private two story dock with loungers and tables that provided direct access to the Caribbean Sea. There are 2 bedrooms on each floor, with the ground and first floor featuring queen beds, and four twin beds in the spacious partitioned loft. There are separate AC units and ceiling fans throughout the house, and internal staircases between each floor. The large open-plan great room features a full gourmet kitchen, living room and dining areas with modern sliding glass doors and a soaring 28-ft ceiling with a cupola to provide natural light. The doors from the great room have screens and open onto a wide wrap around veranda with a gas grill, six-person table, day beds and sweeping views of the beach, Caribbean Sea, and the mainland mountains on the horizon. The four main bedrooms each have a queen-sized canopy bed, walk-in closet and large en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks, granite counter tops, and a large shower enclosure with a rain shower head and built in shelves and seating. Each bedroom features a sliding glass door for external access and views of the ocean - the ground floor leads to the beach and the first floor to the large wrap-around porch. The loft contains two open-plan bedrooms divided by a partial wall, with two twin beds on each side. The gourmet kitchen features state-of-the-art energy efficient stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a dishwasher, and a large dining table that seats eight while the spacious kitchen island seats four. The large two-story private dock allows easy access entry for snorkeling the vibrant coral reef out front, and the upper deck is perfect for sunbathing, star-gazing, reading, or celebrating! enjoy cooling breezes and incredible views as you look at the coral reef below or enjoy sunsets over the Cays. While the snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, fishing, and numerous other activities are all certainly great, we’re happy to announce yet another improvement to The Coconut House……Starlink Internet! As they said in the intro for the Six Million Dollar Man show in the 1970’s “Better... stronger... faster." 😂 A small but mighty improvement for our guests! 😎

Sundays are for scuba diving with dive master Anke and Captain Nico with We-Dive Utila. It’s nice to get picked up the house dock for each adventure. The diving is always good but lately it’s been exceptional. 🐟 🪸 🌊

We’re always happy to host guests but sad to see them go. It’s never a goodbye but rather a see you again soon! Glad this group had a great time and enjoyed their stay! ❤️

Today is our last day at the coconut house. The best place to get away and enjoy your family. It was everything I had hoped for! Trish is the best. Captain Ronald, Melvin and their staff were awesome!
