The house has 4 apartments on two floors; on the ground floor and in the loft, while the other two floors are where the owners live. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, TV, refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, cooking utensils, linens and towels, and everything is included in the price. Apartments A and B are located on the ground floor next to the garden with beautiful bougainvillea flowers. Each has 45m2 and consists of a kitchen and living room with 2 extra beds normal size, a bathroom with a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed. Apartment A has a bath and sofa bed for two adults. Apartment B has a shower and twin beds for two adults. Apartments C and D are located in the loft. Apartment C has 35m2 and consists of a kitchen and living room with a double bed, a bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony. Apartment D has 30m2 and consists of kitchen with an additional bed, a bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, an outdoor terrace. The friendly and approachable hosts speak Croatian, English and German.
