Apartment is on the upper floor of the family house, with a separate entrance, I an my family lives below on separate entrance.
PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT PARKING IN DUBROVNIK, WHO HAVE OWN PARKING CHARGE DAILY IT THEY NO GIVE AS I DID FREE BUT CHARGE
There are 10-12 steps from garden to entrance apartment door,
And you can see the ships and sea from the balcony!

Apartment has Master bedroom with 3 beds, 2 beds can easily be joined together into one,and another room has 2 single beds. Large day room with sofa bed which can accommodate 6th person, LCD TV, Connection for flat rate internet,
WI- Fi, signal is very strong in whole apartment for your convenience. owner will provide guests with password for unlimited internet, and WI-FI use.
Apartment is air conditioned with 3, THREE separate 3 a/c units no any extra cost,atmosphere in apartment is nice , when run all 3 a/c they are one is in each bedroom and third in living room where large sofa bed which can be spread is for 6th person .and folded day time
Total of three electric air condition units are in apartments , for you to use heating it in 10 minutes or cooling in summer one in large living room, separately from , each of bedrooms which each have its own air conditioned unit , for winter and summer months as well.
Large separate kitchen, fully equipped for preparing and serving food, used also as dining place with table and six chairs.
Hallway, WC with cabin type shower, bidet, washing machine is inside. Owner with family lives down below, separate entrance. 2 /two/ free private parking place are free for guests s next to entrance without any charge extra.
Car can be driven straight to parking place next to entrance.
Distance from sea ferry port is 90 meters and from old town some 1 mile, and local bus station is 30 meters away from apartment. Journey by city bus to old town takes some 10 minutes
FYI information bust ticked cost 15 kuna or 2 euro for 1 person its some 2.5 US $. As i said local bus station for old city or anywhere within city is 30 m from apartment, easiest way of transportation, you can purchase daily ticket for 30 kuna its 4 euro or 8 US$ valid whole day. anywhere within city, unlimited time to use it daily for 1 person, it saves a lot..
