Apartment Paverun Our beautiful apartment is located in the very center of the Old Town in Dubrovnik. Enjoy the fantastic view of the Adriatic sea and the island Lokrum.

The 55m2 Apartment it is located on the third (top) floor of an ex-renaissance-baroque palace, details of which can still be seen in the interior. One bedroom and a pull out sofa available in the living room can comfortably fit up to 4 people. All rooms have a fantastic view of the Adriatic sea, the island Lokrum and the Old Town. The apartment is a family heritage of many generations living in Dubrovnik so the interior design is a charming combination of old antique ambient and new modern pieces. The bedroom and living room are air-conditioned and the entire flat is equipped with WI - FI, cooking equipment, towels and bed linen. Your host on - location will provide you with all the local information needed for an even more pleasant stay. She will not be present at the listing during your entire stay but she will be on your service for any questions. The dramatic rocky beach "Buža" is located just around the corner, through a passage in the city walls so you can always go for a quick swim! Other beautiful beaches, Banje and Danče, are at 15 minute walking distance. There is a three minute downhill walk to the lovely Old Town market with fresh seasonal fish, fruits and vegetables. The Old Town harbor is at a three minute walking distance and from there you can catch excursion boats towards the Island Lokrum, the Elaphites and the little medieval town Cavtat. Every local public bus line is connected with the bus station at the entrances to the Old Town, where our apartment is located. You can always ask us for assistance regarding transfer to the Apartment. The general check out time is 10:00 AM, check in is 1:00 PM. However we are flexible regarding the check in/ out time if there are no other guests expected that day.
