The apartment features splendid views across to the island of Lokrum and the open sea as well as the old town of Dubrovnik. On the lower floor of the apartment there are 2 bedrooms with a balcony. The upper floor features a kitchen with

a bar, a dining room, a bathroom and a spacious living room opening up to a terrace with a breathtaking view. In addition there‘s a cascade garden of 200 square metres and a 30 square metre terrace with the same view. The apartment has been totally renovated and adapted in 2010 as well in 2013.
